MovieScope began as a movie news and review website in early 2000 and ran until late 2001. After an extended 6-year hiatus, MovieScope returned in early 2008 as a blog for movie news, commentary, and other film-related miscellanea, focusing primarily on indie, foreign, and festival films rather than big studio fare.

MovieScope is powered by WordPress using a customized version of Derek Powazek’s DePo Clean Theme.
